All the products in the Flamenco catalogue are made by using some of the finest materials present around us. Our products are easy to care and easy to use. So here are few basic steps to care for your Flamenco products.

PS: Do not wash every product - wash only those which require washing

WOODEN PRODUCTS:

• Hand wash with mild soap, a soft sponge and water.
• Do not soak or leave unwashed overnight.
• Immediately dry with soft towel.
• Not safe for dishwasher.
• Not safe for use in microwaves or electric ovens.
• To prevent wood from drying out, apply food-safe mineral oil from time-to-time.

ALUMINUM PRODUCTS:

• Hand wash with mild soap, a soft sponge and water.
• To prevent spots and oxidization, dry immediately with a soft damp cloth.
• Do not leave in standing water.
• Do not use any acids or alkalines to clean the products.
• Not safe for Dishwashers.
• Not safe for use in microwaves or electric ovens.

SILVER PRODUCTS:

• Clean with a soft damp cloth
• Should be washed independently to prevent chemical reactions.
• Do not leave in standing water.
• Dry immediately with damp cloth to prevent corrosion because of the sulphides present in the atmosphere.
• Do not use any acids or alkalines to clean the products.
• Not safe for Dishwashers.
• Not safe for use in microwaves or electric ovens.

NICKEL PRODUCTS:

• Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth
• Should be washed independently to prevent chemical reactions.
• Do not leave in standing water.
• Dry immediately with damp cloth to prevent corrosion because of sulphides present in the atmosphere
• Do not use any acids or alkalines to clean the products.
• Decorative Nickel products can also be cleaned using metal polishing cloths or creams available from various online or high street shops.
• Not safe for Dishwashers.
• Not safe for use in microwaves or electric ovens.

STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTS:

• Some products are dishwasher safe and some are not, follow instructions on products carefully.
• Wash the products soon after use.
• Do not soak or leave products unwashed overnight.
• Use warm soapy water and dry with soft cloth soon after washing.
• Stains can be removed using lime juice, vinegar or stainless steel cleaners.
• Resistant to tarnish.
• Do not use steel wool or other abrasives, they may scratch or dull the surface.
• Not safe for use in microwaves or electric ovens.

STONEWARE PRODUCTS:

• Our stoneware is highly resistant to chipping and breaking.
• Dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe.
• Goes directly from freezer to oven, up to 450 degrees.

LANTERN PRODUCTS:

• Never leave a lantern unattended and snuff all candles when leaving a room.
• Keep lanterns out of reach of children and pets.
• Be cautioned as glass and handle may become hot when candles are burning
• Do not carry a lantern with candle inside - lit or unlit.
• Do not stand the lanterns on uneven spaces
• Do not put anything inside the lanterns when candle is burning
• Do not clean the surface of the lanterns from inside when candles are burning
• Always clean the lanterns after use with soft cloths

CANDLE PRODUCTS:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended and children should never be left alone with burning candles.
• All candles should be extinguished when leaving the room.
• Always keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Use a candle snuffer instead of blowing candles out.
• Always place candles on heighted surfaces
• Always keep candles away from flammable products
