What's the minimum order value ?

The minimum Order value is $ 350.00 excluding VAT for new orders and $ 200.00 excluding VAT for repeat orders.

What about free shipping ?

Free shipping for each order with value above $ 500 except Furniture within the state of New Jersey.

Shipping and Transportation ?

All shipments lower than $ 500 are FOB from our New Jersey warehouse; customers have to arrange the shipping, in case if customer needs pre-arranged shipping than charges would be applicable as per the slabs of ground transportation companies in ratio to the size of the Merchandise purchased or stocked.
For Orders placed through our website - shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of checkout as per the slab of Ground Transportation.

How long will delivery take ?

Our standard service is within 3-5 working days from the date of order, but during periods such as Easter & Christmas this may take a week.
Urgent or Immediate deliveries may apply surcharges.
If there are any delays we will update you within 36 hrs from the time Order is placed.

What happens if an item is damaged ?

If an item is damaged, you will need to report it to the office in writing within 3 days of receipt of the order. Collection of the item will then be organized, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging and we would make an exchange or raise a credit note.

When will I be charged for my order ?

Payment would be charged in full at the time of placing the Orders.

Do you give Credit ?

Yes, we do give credit of 30 - 60 days. You must pay at the end of the next month from the date of your purchase. To get Credit Customers must qualify in credit ratings with our Credit agencies and Financial Partners. You can contact our Corporate office to get more information about credit facilities.

Ordering products which are out of stock?

If an item is out of stock and is available for pre-order, you can reserve your purchase by paying full or an agreed percentage for the products you Order. We will reserve your order and make the delivery as soon as the fresh Stock arrives.

How do you deliver my item?

Depending on the service you have requested or the size / weight / dimensions of your order, we will dispatch your item or goods ordered by our partner ground transport companies. If you require help in tracking your item please call or Email us for assistance.

How do I become a new trade customer?

To become a new customer or stockist for our Brand simply fill in your details online under our Register Section or contact Home office or Rep Company or Individual Rep in your Area.
If you are being referred by a Rep or Rep Agency please provide their full details at the time of filling the form.

I'm not happy with ordering online, how else can I purchase?

We have sales reps out on the road who carry full catalogues and price list who would be happy to come and visit you if you would prefer, please contact the office for the details of your local rep.

Are all your lighting products UL or CSA approved ?

Absolutely. All lamps and lighting fixtures are individually tested and approved to meet the most stringent guidelines in the U.S. and Canada.

How do I know what wattage bulb I can use for Lighting Products ?

This information is given by item on our website, and it's also on each lamp socket. You will also find this information inside the Box of the product as well.

How do I pick the correctly sized chandelier for my dining room table?

The simplest way to choose the correct size is to choose a chandelier with a diameter equal to ½ (one-half) the width of your table. For example: if your table is 64" in diameter then choose a chandelier that is no more than 32" in diameter. It is best to go a bit smaller than a bit larger if needed but sticking close to the formula will give you a balanced look.

How high above a table should the chandelier be hung?

The chandelier should be hung so that the bottom of the fixture is between 30" to 32" above the tabletop.

All our products that involves contact with Food are made up of Lead Free metals or within the Range of approved contents by the most reputed Labs in the Industry. We mostly use 18/10 and 18/8 steel, we also use 316 Marine Grade steel in some of our products. Moreover, we also use Lead Free Brass for products which has food contact.
